Documentation and traceability

Our contractual agriculturalists are obligated to keep and present specified documentation. The agricultural production entails the documentation of cultivation areas, processing methodology and timing, fertilisation, pest management and harvesting procedures. Also the storage and the transport to the Okermühle have to be documented.

Consumers demand traceability and transparency from "the farm to fork". However, most mills find it impossible to document the step up to the producer.

For this reason, Okermühle offers each customer the opportunity to trace any random delivery back to the producers - keeping in mind the data protection guidelines. For more information see the login area.
