About the mill

We are working to satisfy the requirements of our customers and offer flour as comprehensive service, structured in three pillars:

Hedwigsburger Okermühle is located in the Wolfenbüttel district, among one of Germany's largest wheat belts. Approximately 160 agriculturalists produce wheat for Okermühle on fertile loess soil. The certification of the individual operations is a prerequisite for long-term cooperation.

As a specialist for milled wheat products, Okermühle is Germany's only mill providing these products, consisting of wheat from controlled contract farming with DLG certified producers, to the food industry.

In addition, for many years Okermühle has been focussing on special products and procedures which are also applied in the pharmaceutical industry and in technical applications.
